Vaine will show you how!

About Our Speaker:

Vaine Angelo is a leadership and business development strategist. As a co-founder of Maestro Leadership Development, she provides individualized leadership development solutions to small and median size businesses.

She has a Bachelor's Degree in Psychology from the University of South Florida and is currently pursuing a Master's Degree in Adult Education and Human Resources Development and Management from the same university. She is also accredited by the International Coaching Federation as a life and leadership coach.

She is passionate for helping businesses develop a strong socially responsible culture so that they can be agents of transformation in making the world a better place. Creating more human-centered workplaces is the topic of her graduate research.

Originally from Brazil, Vaine overcame many personal challenges to be where she is today. She attributes her success to all of the people who have mentored her throughout the years and believed in herself during times where she did not share the same belief.

Today, she pays forward all the support she received by giving her time to mentor women solopreneurs in their business and leadership growth as well as serve as an angel investor to one small woman-owned start-up business every year. Her company, Maestro Leadership Development, donates 10% of revenue to non-profits equipping children and teenagers with leadership skills.
